The station has two platforms though only the platform on the station building side is normally used.

8 spaces are available, one of which is for mobility impaired passengers (this space is located beside the entrance to the platform).

Bringing a bicycle by train:

It is possible to bring a bicycle by train.
fares: Carrick to Waterford/ Clonmel/Cahir: € 2.50 single ; €5 return
Carrick-on-Suir to Tipperary / Limerick Junction: € 4.00 single; €8 return

The InterCity train deployed on the line has a rack with space for three bicycles in one of its carriages. In the event of a smaller Commuter train being used a passenger should remain with their bicycle in the vestibule at all times. The carriage of bicycles is at staff discretion.
